Be part of this celebration for members to sustain, encourage, enhance, and nourish each other and themselves.  The 2025 convention programs and activities will emphasize “Feeling Seen” with special focus on authentic leadership, professional development, and genuine connections to The Bond.

Attendee Information 

Collegiate Chapters – each collegiate chapter is required to send two (2) delegates, representing the chapter in all business meetings, scheduled programs, and activities. These two individuals will also serve as the voting representation of the chapter. REMINDER – voting delegates for chapters can not be Alumni on Rotation.  Additional members of the chapter are encouraged to attend! 

Alumni-at-large delegates will be selected prior to the first business session.  

Alumni Chapters are allowed two (2) delegates.  

Registration 

Registration is open now through May. Full-registration includes all general and breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and programmed meals. Day registrations include that specific day activities. A price increase will be applied after April 1.

Hotel 

The official convention hotel is the Hyatt Regency in Lexington, KY. A special convention attendee rate starting at $165 plus tax per night is available for registrants. To book your hotel room at the convention rate today!
