Attendee Information
Collegiate Chapters – each collegiate chapter is required to send two (2) delegates, to represent the chapter in all business meetings, scheduled programs, and activities. These two individuals will also serve as the voting representation of the chapter. REMINDER – voting delegates for chapters can not be Alumni on Rotation. Additional members of the chapter are encouraged to attend!
Alumni-at-large delegates will be selected prior to the first business session.
Alumni Chapters are allowed two (2) delegates.
Registration
Registration will open January 2027.
Below are the rates from the 2025 convention – these are all subject to change. Registration rates for the 2027 Convention will be released by November 2026.

Hotel
The official convention hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle with a special convention attendee rate starting at $149 plus tax per night is available for registrants.
Room block will open in Fall 2026.
