The Nellie Wakeman Fellowship is a $7,500 award jointly sponsored by the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education (AFPE) and Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. The purpose of the Fellowship is to encourage outstanding KE Members to pursue an advanced degree in a college of pharmacy graduate program in pharmaceutical sciences.

Applicants must be in the final year of the pharmacy Pharm.D. degree program or have completed the Pharm.D. degree and planning to enroll in the first year of a PhD degree, Masters degree, or combined Residency/Masters degree program at an accredited U.S. College or School of Pharmacy. Consideration is given to those who need financial assistance to further their education.

The deadline to apply each year is February 1st. This opportunity is available to KE Members in good standing with the Fraternity.  Application procedures require the submission of a completed Nellie Wakeman Fellowship Application, two Letters of Reference and official transcripts to the KE Office.
