Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, by email, to office@kappaepislon.org.  

Cancellation refund schedule for the 2025 National Convention:  

• Request by March 15: full refund minus 10% processing fee 
• Request by April 1: 75% refund 
• Request by April 22: 50% refund 
• After April 22 no refunds are available due to unrecoverable expenses incurred by the Fraternity.  

After April 22, the Fraternity incurs non-refundable expenses based on the number of registrants.  As such, no refunds will be available to any registrant after April 22.  The inability to travel to Lexington, KY, or unexpected work priorities are, without limitation, insufficient grounds to request a full refund at any point within the schedule.
