This chart provides a visual tool to better understand the organizational layout of the Fraternity. Grand Chapter and Grand Council are two different entities. Grand Chapter is the official voting body of the Fraternity and meets during biennial conventions, and Grand Council is the group of elected officers entrusted to carry out the business of the Fraternity between conventions. All other entities including members, chapters, National Liaisons, employees, independent contractors, and committees fall under the direction of the elected group of officers known as Grand Council.
